So I made my very first batch of Salsa all by myself, I have always helped my mom or had my sister help me, but this year i attempted it all by myself. And suprisingly it all turned out great, all 20 bottles sealed!! Yea! Every time i had a question, i called my sister, one time she answered the phone, "Salsa Hotline, How can i help you". So i guess i did have a little help!

Heidi came over to help me make Salsa yesterday. That is a lot of work to do alone. And she left me to do the sealing and I was so nervous, but it worked!! So way to go on your own, especially with 3 kids around.
