Stanley Idaho 2011...

 

As always we had an amazing time at the cabin this year. It was kind of a last minute trip because we thought we were going in August but instead ended up going in July and we are so glad we went. It is our favorite trip of the year and this year did not dissappoint! The kids are in heaven here and so is Travis and I don't mind it at all either! I love being in the mountains but still being able to be in a cabin. I LOVE the lakes, they are my favorite. The kids loved fishing, going for rides, going to the lakes and going for tube rides and paddle boats, getting ice cream in town, and just enjoying being with family!

Trav rented a paddle board at redfish lake, everyone tried it...

and of course the guys did their annual ride up to casino lakes, they couldn't do any fishing this year because there was still too much snow, but they still had a blast and came home muddy messes...

one day tobie cuddled up to brig and watched him play the ds, soo cute...

we loved on Sammie...

Shane and Trav hung up a new TV.....

we gathered lots of sticks to throw in the river...

i love how he runs wth one hand holding up his pants, I think it is a habit now because he does it when he doesn't even have to..

and then we threw them in the river...

we went for lots of rides...

one afternoon the kids decided to hike up the mountain right behind the cabin, they went pretty high and had a hard time getting down...

Parley took it upon himself to help Tobie down.... what a gentleman..

the kids always want to go to the treehouse...

you can't tell but Ella is sound asleep on the motorcycle..

and they caught lots...

after fishing we decided to wash off and it turned into a water fight...

I love the Sawtooth mountains, I think they are amazing...

we called travis Huck Finn after he went out into the lake with no ore, we had to throw him a stick to row back in...

then Parley was the anchor and had to pull everyone in after going down the river so they wouldn't go out in teh lake again...

and we celebrated Heidi's birthday...

Then we said good bye until next year!!
