10 Years...

My high school sweetheart.

Travis and I had our 10 year reunion a couple of weeks ago. I can't believe we have been out of high school that long. It seems like i just barely graduated. It was a fun night, we won some good prizes and Travis and I took home one of the sweetheart awards. It was a lot of fun to see where people were at and how they had changed in 10 years.

Boating and Swim lessons...

It was Trav's mom's b-day on tuesday so we all went up to pineview to celebrate. It was a lot of fun, and our first time on the boat this year. The kids loved it. Parley didn't want to get off the tube. Trav and I were able to water ski, and my body has been paying for it, holy cow, i am getting old, i don't think that i had ever been that sore before! Happy Birthday Heidi, thanks for being the best, we love you!

This is Parley, Charlie and a friend Emma on the tube, Emma was the oldest one on the tube at this point and she is 6!
It was so fun to ski again, we really need to go more.

Parley had his first swim lessons and he did great. He was a little nervous the first day but did better and better each day. I have to admit it was seriously so exhausting to get to his lessons every day by 10 am for 2 weeks, to have all the kids dressed and me dressed was quite a chore and honestly i am thrilled it is over. but i am glad he had the experience and hopefully learned a few things or at least got a little more comfortable in the water. Way to go P man!

What we have been up to....

Wow! Sorry for all the pictures. We have been having a great summer. One of my favorites of the summer, Farmington Festival Days! We enjoyed a fun parade and day at the park.

we went through the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house, which was incredible and it was so fun to see Brig and Parley so excited to go into the temple, they loved it.

And a little miniature golf too. Brigham loved putting the ball in and watching it go through all the fun things.

And did i mention that we are loving this chunky girl.

We are looking forward to more fun, like a trip to the fairview ranch and a trip to the cabin. We hope everyone is having a great summer.

PS: It was my mom's birthday on Saturday, so i just wanted to give a little shout out to her in the Phillippines. We thought about you all day mom! Happy birthday. love and miss you.
