Scripture Power...

We had a primary activity yesterday, we called it Scripture Power and had a few different scripture heros come and talk to the kids, It went really well and I think the kids loved it!

I think all of our heros turned out to be pretty close replicas...They even sang along to scripture power!
 the kids were in awe..
My new favorite primary song is Scripture power and I seriously cry every time the kids sing it, I just think there is a lot of power and Truth to it!!
"Because I want to be like the Savior and I can,
I'm reading His instructions, I'm following His plan.
Because I want the power His word will give to me,
I'm changing how I'll live, I'm changing what i'll be.
Scripture Power keeps me safe from sin,
Scripture Power is the power to win!
Scripture Power! Every day I need
The power that I get each time I read."

These 2 best buddies can come up with some pretty crazy stuff, this particular day they were pirates, but it is something new every day!!

Black Eyes..

Parley and his Grandpa both had black eyes last week on the exact same eye in the exact same place, I am not sure how his grandpa did it but Parley hit his eye right on the corner of our table, it went blue instantly.

Happy Love Day!!

Happy Valentines Day to all of you that we love so much!!

We headed out to the bird refuge about a mile away from our house and it was a site to behold, these  Bald Eagles were amazing.

I love this one, he was looking right at me!

Children's Exhibit..

We went out to the Church History Museum with our cousins and absolutely loved the new children's exhibit! Their favorite was probably the computers, I need one of these in my house, Brig especially loved it!

 Ella writing on the plates...

 Fishing from Nephi's boat..

 Learning to dance Mexican style..

 Building a temple..

We ran over to see the Christus too and as always it is awesome!!

And the temple was as beautiful as ever!! I love living so close to temple square,  I think we take it for granted and hope we can get out there more!! My kids loved it!
