baseball 2012 San Francisco Giants...

We had the funnest baseball season with Parley and Brigham. We put them on the same team so that we werent at the ball park every night, i was a little worried about Brig keeping up but he definitely held his own!! this was his first time ever playing baseball we didn't even put him in t-ball so he did great! He was about a foot shorter than everyone on his team, but somehow managed to hit the ball everytime he got up. He did however get very bored in the outfield! They were so fun to watch and they had such a fun team with their uncle doug coaching them. We only lost one game all season and then took 2nd place in the tournament. Way to go Giants!!

you could always hear a collective chuckle when brig would get up to bat because he just seemed to small and then he would always smack it, it was awesome!

he loved hitting and running the bases!!

Parley really improved this year and was so fun to watch, he was a great hitter and would play 1st or 3rd when he was in the outfield, he did great at both!

one game parley was playing 1st base and caught a line drive and his runner on first had taken off so he ran and touched his bag and got 2 outs! it was awesome, the coach gave him the game ball after the game because he said he had never seen a play like that in 6 year old baseball before!

 brig being bored!

he always was playing in the dirt!

 cousin jack watching the game..

they were both always pretty funny when they were leading off...

this is just after he hit a triple, he just couldn't help himself, he was so happy!

some one had to go potty...

the championship game was awesome, we barely lost and took 2nd place, Parley was the first up to bat and the very first pitch of the game he nailed and got a home run!! he was so thrilled!!

they were pretty happy about getting a trophy!

parley was pretty sad about not taking first as you can see in the picture but brig on the other hand came up to me after getting his trophy and asked if we won :)  love that kid!

dad always was there helping in the dugout!
they had a great support group too, almost always had both sets of grandparents there to watch them and of course mabel, she even wore her orange flower for the champinoship game!

so glad they could play together.... Way to go #8 and #1
