Happy Birthday Trav...

Ella and Trav have the same birthday which is tomorrow on the 7th so I thought I would blog about my amazing husband today! Happy Birthday babe. I really know I scored when I married this guy, He brings me more joy than I could ever ask for. He is the best thing that ever happened to me. I really do want to be a better person because of him. He is my best friend and I look forward to every night when he gets home from work (not just because I need his help with the kids although he is a lifesaver when it comes to that :)) I am so proud of Trav, He works really hard and he is so good at what he does, he is always worried about providing for his family!He is the best deacons quorom leader you will ever meet, he worries about those boys like they are his own, and on sunday when they are all dressed in their white shirts and good haircuts he is so proud! He is the best father and the kids light up when he walks through that door, Ella and him have a little bond since they were born on the same day and it really is so sweet! He is the best husband I have ever hoped for, my dreams really have come true. Thanks babe, Happy Birthday! We love you!
We celebrated last night with dinner and a movie , it was so fun hanging out with just him. Love you babe, Happy 29th! WOW! (we are getting old)

First primary talk...

Parley had to give his first talk in Primary and he did such a great job, we were so proud of him. He practiced and practiced and as we were driving to church on Sunday, Parley said "We forgot to say a prayer that I will do good on my talk", so our family had a little prayer for Parley in the church parking lot. His talk was on Jesus and I would show him a picture and he would tell about that picture, I only had to whisper in his ear a couple of times but other than that he did it all on his own! Way to go Parley! Brigham has the talk down too, he had to practice it everytime Parley did, it was so cute, he actually practiced it althrough sacrament meeting and I think that if he could have gone to primary with Parley he would have wanted a turn after Parley.

Brigham loves nursery and loves to show us his pictures each week.

And I had to throw in this picture of Ella, She was playing with the magnets on the fridge the other day and she had found this one of Jesus and I walked into the room and she was just staring at it, I thought it was so sweet so i had to take a picture, she sat like this for close to 5 minutes, I like to think that she was remembering sitting on his lap just like the little boy in the picture.

February update...

February came and went so fast, I just wanted to post a few pics of what we have been up to.
Miss Ella is getting ready for her bday on Sunday, I can't believe it has been a year!
The boys enjoying some coloring, parley is getting so good at staying in the lines, and concentrates really hard.


Family night game, domino's!
We have been enjoying the little bit warmer weather, Brig loves to play with his tball in the backyard. Except he insists on using the golf club to hit the ball, I think the bat is a little heavy for him. Check out the stance though, he's a natural :)

Ella had her first go at spaghetti all on her own, I tried feeding it to her but she wouldn't eat it until i put it in front of her and then she went to town! She was so proud of herself.
We've been taking little walks since it has been a little warmer and Ella loves the wagon, she gets so excited.

Cabellas...

Our monthly playgroup met at Cabellas to see all the animals and then to my friends house for a yummy lunch. My kids loved cabellas, that was the first time we had been there and they thought it was pretty cool and so did I! I love getting together with my high school friends and to catch up on things, it seems that we are all in the same stage of life right now so it is great to compare crazy mom stories!

Some of the kids, I think I counted 17 kids (with one on the way, one of us is always pregnant)this time at playgroup and the oldest is only 5, that is a lot of little kids, but they all have a great time together!
